Sandfields Farms

Sandfields Farms Ltd was established in 2007 and is part of the G’s Group. Growing 1,200ha of crops including cereals and a range of salad and vegetable crops for supply to multiple UK retail and wholesale customers. The main farming base is at Manor Farm Luddington, with crops grown across a 35 mile radius.

Our spring onions are packed at our state of the art packing facility at Pershore. The business employs 100 permanent staff plus up to 700 seasonal staff.

    Green Beans

    • Also known as French, dwarf or round beans. Fleshy and plump they can be crunchy or soft depending on how they are cooked.
    • Available July - October

  • Runner Beans

    Runner Beans

    • These long, flat green beans have a coarse textured skin and a fresh, sweet flavour.
    • Available June – September

  • Stringless Beans

    Stringless Beans

    • A runner bean alternative that is flat and tender, sweet and full of flavour. Delicious lightly boiled or steamed.
    • Available July – September

  • Fresh Peas

    Fresh Peas

    • Fresh peas have a sweet taste, crisp texture and a vivid bright green colour
    • Available May – September

  • Sugar Snap Peas

    Sugar Snap Peas

    • Similar to mangetout but with partially grown peas inside. Sweet and crisp, can be eaten raw in a salad or cooked.
    • Available June – September

Seasonal Jobs

Up to 700 seasonal roles (April – Oct) across both sites including harvesting and factory work. Predominantly piece work with good earning potential.

Subsidised accommodation is available at both sites in purpose built hostel facilities.

Transport is provided to/from work.
